Good luck getting a replacement when they mess up.

I got a prescription from my eye doctor. I have used this prescription for contacts from clearly.ca without any issues. I decided to try this company because it was a bit cheaper. Big mistake. I received my contacts and the prescription is fine but the contacts themselves are so terrible they don't stay centered on my eyes. They slide around my eye causing blurry vision constantly. I emailed them immediately asking to send the contacts back and have been getting the runaround ever since being told I didn't give them the right prescription. Still have not gotten my money back and have had to order contacts from Clearly because I can't wait any longer. Contacts from clearly with THE EXACT SAME PRESCRIPTION PROVIDED work perfectly. This company sucks don't expect to get a refund when they ship a faulty product.
