Return and Replacement
We want you to be 100% happy with your eyewear. With our Online 30-Day Fit & Style Guarantee, you can make a return for a one-time restyle or refund within 30 days of receiving your online order, no questions asked.
Our 365-Day Product Guarantee means Customers are eligible for a one-time replacement pair within 12 months. A replacement pair will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship.
Note: Both warranties do not cover damage and/or return requests caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care. A shipping fee may apply for one-time replacement.
If your eye doctor makes a change in your prescription, we will remake the lenses for up to 90 days from the time of your order.
If you are unable to wear your glasses due to difficulty adapting to them you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving them. At our discretion we may chose to remake the glasses, suggest a change in lens options or offer a refund.
Initiate a return by calling our customer service team at (780-809-2360) or via email at email@example.com. Please do not return the product without contacting our team and obtaining a return authorization. Once we receive the returned item we will issue a refund, replacement or credit as per your request.
