Refund policy
We have a 30-day Online purchase return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for online glasses and accessories return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, and in its original packaging.
A valid prescription is required to order contact lenses online. Once boxes are open they cannot be refunded. With a valid contact lens prescription it may be possible to exchange an opened box if no more than one pair of monthly/weekly lenses have been used or three pairs of daily lenses. It must be within the 30 day period. Please inspect your order before opening the boxes.
To start a return, you can contact us at online@secondspecs.com. Once your return is accepted we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Charges for shipping returned items are the customers responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within three business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
