Common questions

What's the cut-off time?

Same-day orders need to start at least one hour before closing. After that, we'll aim for next-day pickup.

Can you use my existing frame?

Often yes — we'll inspect it in-store first. A $10 fee applies, which protects you against accidental breakage during fitting.

Do I need a prescription with me?

No — but you will need a valid prescription. Our Sherwood Park and Strathmore clinics offer full eye exams if you need one.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. All eyewear comes with a local workmanship and fit warranty — clear pricing, no surprises.
